NRCHROD is a local HR and OD professional organization was founded early 2012 and officially was set May 2014 by Ashraf Ezzat, Ph.D., HRM a certified team learning coach with proven success track in working with SM and big enterprises mainly for establishing and also restructuring HR systems. What we believe in at NRCHROD is that there is a bad need for basic and applied research activities and practices to extract the best from employer-employee relationships, to inform the practice of talent recruitment and retention, to ensure effective diversity management, and to deal with issues of human resource management, employee relations and the implications of strategic change.
